Welcome to beetshirt.com ("beetshirt"). We provide this website ("Website") and all related products and services ("Goods") to you subject to your acceptance of these terms of use. By using the Website, and/or by purchasing (or attempting to purchase) any Goods, you are acknowledging that you have read, and agree to be bound by the terms herein.

THESE TERMS OF USE IMPOSE LEGAL OBLIGATIONS UPON YOU - IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THEM CAREFULLY.

Product Information

All of our T-Shirts are brand new and are made with 100% pre-shrunk cotton. You should wash our shirts in cold water with similar colours, and dry on low heat in order to minimize shrinkage and colour bleeding.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via regular air mail. Your shirt will be sent out within 1-3 business days. If you are within North America, you should allow 4-10 business days for the arrival of the shirt; international buyers should expect their shirt within 8-30 business days. We cannot be responsible if customs in your country delays delivery. Beetshirt ships out of USA and Canada.

Presently, orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. We are also closed for New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If these dates fall on a weekend, we are closed on the generally accepted observed holiday

Shipping Cost

For United States/Canada buyers choose $4.50 Standard United States/Canada or $10.00 Rush United States/Canada

For International Buyers choose $10.00 International - $ 20.00 International ( depend on size selection )

Shipping Policy

While most orders will be processed within 1-3 business days, please allow up to 5 – 30 business days for delivery (depend on your location). Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time before you buy. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping. All items are in good conditions. Any lost and damaged during shipping will not be our responsible.

Payment

We accept PayPal only. All payments must be made at time of purchase and are made subject to acceptance by you of the terms and conditions. If you experience any ordering difficulties or have any concerns, please email us. Please ensure you leave the correct contact details.

Currency

All prices quoted on this web site are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Credit/debit card sales will be charged in your local billing currency by your credit card provider.

Refunds & Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 14 days after received item.

All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

Fulfillment mistakes (we sent you the wrong items) that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 14 days after received item.

We do not accept returns because of your mistake in choosing the size of t-shirt. Therefore, make sure the size of your t-shirt before you decide to buy.

All refunds will be made within 14 working days from the return of goods in full but excluding any postage or packaging costs. Buyer pay returns shipping cost.

Damage In Transit

Sometimes, though rarely, goods get damaged in transit. If this happens with your shipment please advise us within 48 hours. However, since we never knowingly ship damaged goods, we need your help to try to recover our costs from the carrier wherever possible. If you do receive damaged goods please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carrier’s insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, please note your observations on the delivery form, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the carrier, make sure that you sign for it as: “Damaged package, goods not yet inspected” or similar to warn the carrier that a claim may be forthcoming. Whatever the circumstances please contact us by email with as much detail of the loss or damage as possible, so that we file a claim with the carrier. Please note: not all claims are honored by the carrier.

Complaints

Should you feel the need to make a complaint about the services or products provided by us or in the efficiency with which your order has been handled please contact us via e-mail. Such matters will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and we aim to resolve your complaints as quickly as possible. Such matters will be treated in the strictest confidence and you will be kept informed of the progress of the complaint if it relates to a third party, i.e. couriers. In the event that goods ordered by you have not been received within 30 days, please contact us

Holiday Seasons

For Holiday seasons ( such as Christmas, New Year, Thanksgiving etc ) there is potential delays due to high shipping volume and longer domestic and international shipping time. Please pay attention to shipping time when buying during holiday season and do not open case/dispute on PayPal.
